GETTING TO KNOW US

This site, written and edited by Guy Flatley, is designed for the pleasure of film buffs, industry players and anyone else out there who fixates on movies, moviemakers and movie lore. Flatley is the former movie editor of The New York Times' Arts & Leisure section. He also wrote the At the Movies column for the Weekend section of the Times and later served as Cosmopolitan magazine's movie critic and managing editor. Over the years, he has published interviews with a wide range of actors and directors, among them Jack Nicholson, Alfred Hitchcock, Barbra Streisand, Woody Allen, Mel Gibson, Billy Wilder, Dustin Hoffman, Sean Connery, Martin Scorsese, Robert De Niro, Cary Grant, Catherine Deneuve, Francois Truffaut, Diane Keaton, Samantha Morton, John Wayne, Delroy Lindo, Al Pacino, John Travolta, Richard Gere and Jack Black.

MOVIECRAZED features previews of movies opening next week, next month, next year and even movies just now going before the camera or still in the planning stage. Each entry in "The Ultimate Forecast" and "Into the Future" lists the director, cast, distributor, opening date (if it has been set), a capsule synopsis of the plot, colorful background detail--and a hint as to whether the movie will be a blockbuster or a bomb.
